Garage Parking
Access cards must be purchased in advance for garage parking.
Cards can be requested through the Angus work order system.
Each card is $20.00 plus sales tax.

Conference/Training Room Facility
A prime amenity at Cypress Park West is the property’s conference/training room which is available to the tenants of both 6700 and 6750 building at no charge. The conference room is located in Suite 106 of the 6700 building. It includes seating for 10 people, guest Wi-Fi, a 70’ flat screen Smart TV, and AirMedia for easy display of your computer on the TV monitor. Use of the conference/training room may be scheduled by calling the JLL Property Management office at (954) 351-9666.

This on-site café, located in Suite 108 of the 6700 building, is open Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and specializes in healthy meals. The café serves breakfast and lunch, and also offers corporate catering. The lunch menu includes sandwiches, smoothies, a salad bar and a daily hot entrée. The café may be reached directly at (954) 771-1444.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station
ChargePoint dual electric vehicle charging station is located on the 1st floor of the parking garage adjacent to the west entrance. To use the station, employees may download the ChargePoint app here or sign-up for a ChargePoint account here The first four (4) hours of each charging session are free. After four (4) hours, a fee of $3.00 per hour will apply.

24/7 Security
At least one roving security officer is located on the Cypress Park West property 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The officer is available to walk employees to their cars by calling the security cell phone at (954) 459-5215.
